Jesse and Rachel share a passion for great tasting, artisanal food served up in a relaxed, positive energy environment. Many of our ingredients are sourced from local cheese makers, farmers, and purveyors to create the freshest and best tastes we can imagine. Our pizzas are thrown by hand and we cook everything in our giant brick-oven using old world techniques. Our dough is pure and simple: flour, salt, spring water and yeast. We craft simple and delicious food that is meant to be enjoyed with friends and family.
